JK live shows in December

Hey everyone,

We have just confirmed two new shows in December...

1st December we will be back @ The Palace in St.Kilda and 15th December we will be @ The Ferntree Gully Hotel. We will be showcasing three brand new JK tracks at these two shows.. "Maybe Tomorrow", "Say Good Morning" and "Black Heart". We can't wait to showcase these new tunes and get back onstage..

Thanks to everyone who came to the Noise Bar to watch us tape some songs for SBS. For more details on the gigs in December check our Gig Guide page and we will see you all next week for some live mayhem...

Juke Kartel recording acoustic set for "NOISE TV" to be aired on SBS

G'Day everyone...

We have just been asked by the good folk from "NOISE TV" to record a short acoustic set to be aired on SBS, we will take place this Sunday 20th November. Noise TV is the music show on Saturday nights on SBS which has beeen kicking major goals this year and showcases current Oz artists and up and coming OZ acts...

We have an interview and performance already on www.noisetv.tv which can be viewed on via the download page. This Sunday at Noise Bar - 291 Albert St Brunswick we will be recording an acoustic set, in a small little intimate environment. Everyone is more than welcome to watch us tape the performance. We will be playing at 5pm for 30 min...

Be good to see you there on Sunday.. We will be performing two shows in December, dates will be announced at the end of the week..

November update..

Hey all,

Thanks to everyone who came to the shows over the last two and a half months, we had a blast playing all the shows. We will be playing a few shows in December, we will post the dates soon. Rod Laver was an unbelievable experience and seeing how it ran from start to end blew us away, those road crews work their arses off !!!

We are back in the studio this month working on new tunes, which will roadtest in December. For those who are into "MOvember" keep those moustaches going..

It gives us great pleasure to announce that we have won the Ernie Ball competition to play at Rod Laver Arena this month on the "Taste of Chaos" tour...

The "Taste of Chaos" tour features The Used, Funeral for a Friend, Killswitch Engage, Story of the Year and Rise against... It comes to Melbourne on 26th October @ Rod Laver Arena and Juke Kartel will be part of the Melbourne show...

We are beyond stoked to have this opportunity and we can't wait to get onstage and be part of the onslaught, more details TBA..

Hot off the press, we have just locked in a show @ The Palace as part of the Rollover series that takes place every Thursday night....

We are stoked to be playing at The Palace and can't wait for this show!!!!

We are supporting Dreadnaught and we are onstage at 9pm for a 40 min set of JK mayhem...
Expect a balls to the wall show, there will be no holding back!!!

Perserverance - Unplugged Show in October

We have just had word on times etc for our Perserverance show in a couple of weeks

We are onstage @ 9.30pm for an unplugged acoustic set of JK tunes for 40 min...
Admission is free and we are in the second slot before Glory Tuesday...

So get down to the Perserverance on 6th October and see the boys perform the songs acoustic and kick back to the tunes...

We were scheduled for 10.30pm... it is now 11.30pm... Cannon were headlining but cannot play the show... Maeder are now headling and we are playing main support.... 40 min set

Espy show just added...

Jk will be supporting Melbourne rockers MAEDER in the world famous ESPY Front Bar...

Kick off for Juke is 10.30 and the boys will be performing a 40 min set...

So get down to the ESPY on Friday September 9th @ 10.30 and support OZ bands!

New Audio Samples & Photos...

After finishing up demoing 10 new tracks this month we will be putting new Audio samples up next week, we will have about 6 Audio tracks....

We will also be adding heaps of new photos to the site as well...

Welcome to Juke Kartel

Finally we're back online after reorganizing our online existance.

Please bear with us a short while longer as we get our Audio samples and online photo gallery up for you.

In the near future we will also be adding a forum feature which you guys can use to keep us posted on what you're thinking.

We've had a graphic artist play around with a few of our photos. We're thinking along the lines of a comic strip, something a little quirky for us.
